Information we collect
We collect the selected combined lawn size, condition, frequency and optional lawn photos for Bayview staff review, along with the name, contact details, service address, access notes and consent details you provide. We use this information to prepare quotes, plan routes and provide lawn services. Hosting providers may collect technical request data needed to deliver and secure the site. Upload only photos you have permission to share; avoid people, interiors and number plates. The form is for adults.
Quote service and providers
There is no AI processing. Unsubmitted photos stay in your browser, where they are resized and location metadata is removed. On submission, private Google Apps Script sends optional photos and quote and contact details to ServiceM8. As you type your service address, Google Maps provides matching address suggestions. Google Maps also verifies the selected address and automatically identifies the suburb to check our service area. Zapier scheduling receives a booking reference and limited authorization token only, not customer photos or API keys. Private owner records track selected dates and review status. Photos are not used by Bayview for advertising.
Storage, overseas processing and retention
ServiceM8 stores submitted job records and optional photos for service, recordkeeping and resolving queries. Framer hosts the website. These providers may process data outside Australia, including the United States; infrastructure locations may change. Contact us for provider information. Temporary estimate records expire after up to six hours. Technical booking records may also be retained. Contact us to request deletion; records required by law may need to be kept. We do not sell your information. If you prefer not to upload photos, you can still obtain a quote.
Security and complaints
We use private server-side credentials and restricted owner access, but no online service is risk-free. Send privacy complaints to our email; we aim to respond within 30 days. If unresolved, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner where applicable. Changes will be posted here.
